Arnold L. “Bud” Bowser, Jr, age 70, of North Washington passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014 following an extended illness.  Bud was born March 2, 1944 in Butler County, PA to the late Arnold L. Bowser, Sr. and the late Annie Marie (Bowser) Smith.  He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam War.  He is survived by his mother, Laurene Bowser of Parker, his wife of thirty years,  Charleen Bowser of North Washington, their three daughters,  Krystal L.(Jarrod) Shoaf of North Washington, Sabrina(Justin) Bowser and Ann-Marie(Chris) Bowser, both of Butler, and from a previous marriage his only son, Arnold L. “Buddy” Bowser III of Chicora, and daughter Kimberly(Don)Montgomery of Chicora, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  Also surviving are six sisters, Barbara(Dick)Lowers and Liz(Ben)Lowers both of Parker, Sarah Curdo of Bruin, Nancy(Carl)Marano of Emlenton, Tracy Bowser of Seneca and Marcella(Mike)McConnell of Clarion, three brothers Jim(Mary)Bowser of Altoona, Ron(Tammy)Bowser of West Sunbury and Gary(Ginnie)Bowser of Parker and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  In addition to his father and biological mother, Bud was preceded in death by four brothers.  Private visitation will be held at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main Street, West Sunbury from 6 to 8 Tuesday, November 25, 2014.  Funeral services will follow at 8:00 P.M. with Rev. Bill Hastings, of the Seneca United Methodist Church, officiating.  Burial will be private.  Military services will be conducted at 5:00 P.M. by the Parker VFW.
