Teresa C. “Tess” Nagy, age 94, of Boyers passed away at 1:15 A.M. Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Grove Manor.  Tess was born February 21, 1920 in Fenelton, PA.  She was the daughter of the late Enrico Parenti and the late Julia Parenti.  Tess was a homemaker and worked at SRU Food Services for many years .Tess was  a member of St. Alphonsus Parish, having attended the Epiphany Catholic Church in Boyers.  She was also a member of the Marion Township Fireman’s Ladies Auxillary and the Nifty Fifty Club.  Tess loved to play bingo, travel, especially to the casino, and spend time with her family.  Tess is survived by her two sons, Albert(Paula)Nagy and Melvin(Karen)Nagy, both of Harrisville, her three grandchildren, Justin(Amy), Brandi(D.J.) and Taylor and her five great grandchildren, Chance, Shayla, Chaz, Connor and Riley.  One sister, Dyane Parenti of Evans City and several nieces and nephews also survive.  Tess was preceded in death by her husband, James S. Nagy, who died May 25, 1984, three sisters and five brothers.  The family will receive friends at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main Street, West Sunbury from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Tuesday January 13, 2015.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at the Epiphany Catholic Church with Father James Bedillion, of St. Alphonsus Parish, officiating.  Burial will be in the Epiphany Cemetery.
