Marilyn J. Boben, age 84, of West Sunbury passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at her residence.

Marilyn was born February 15, 1932 in Connoquenessing, PA. She was the daughter of the late Charles W. Hoff and the late Manie Arlene Rinard Hoff.  She was a registered nurse and retired from Grove City Medical Center with forty one years of service.   Marilyn was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan.  She attended Crossfire Church of Butler.

Marilyn is survived by two daughters, Joyce(Robert)Brehm and Colleen DiMaria; three sons, Donald Boben Jr., Kevin Boben and Eric(Carla) Boben all of West Sunbury and eight grandchildren, Kevin and Morgan Boben, Robert, Ashley and Alycia Brehm, Mitch DiMaria and Sydney and Derek Boben.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. Boben, who died March 18, 2011, her grandson, Tyler DiMaria, four brothers and three sisters.

Friends will be received at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main Street, West Sunbury from 4 to 8 Thursday, February 2, 2017.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 3, 2017 at the funeral home with Eric Parks officiating.

Burial will be in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of Butler, Breakthrough Campaign, 200 E. North Street, Butler, PA 16001.
