Bessie Ann Claypoole Stepp

Bessie Ann “Bee” Claypoole Stepp, age 53, of Petrolia passed away Wednesday September 21, 2022 at Allegheny General Hospital. 

Bee was born on November 19, 1968 as the daughter of Blaine H. Claypoole and Pearl Boofer. 

Bessie had a one-of-a-kind personality and was never afraid to speak her mind.  She will be remembered for her love and loyalty to her father and also her love and compassion for animals.  She had a passion for music and art.  She was full of life and always had the most beautiful long hair and self-painted, gorgeous, nails. Bessie will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.   

Bee is survived by her father Blaine “Ike” Claypoole, four brothers, one step brother, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Bessie also leaves behind several close companions.    

Bee was preceded in death by her mother, Pearl Boofer; step mother, Nancy Claypoole; brother, Clarence Claypoole; and nephew, Christopher Claypoole. 

Services and Burial were private.  A Memorial gathering at her homestead will be announced at a later date.
