Bonnie D. (Moore) Fry

Bonnie D. Fry, 72, of Chicora passed away the morning of Saturday December 17, 2022 at her home.

Born on October 10, 1950 in Butler, Bonnie was the daughter of the late Clinton A. Moore and late Chelcie G. King Moore.

Bonnie was a devoted mother raising her children and worked at JCPenny as a sales associate until adopting and raising four grandchildren.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Jack A. Fry, whom she married on October 31, 1969; three daughters: Lisa Fry of Ohio, Kimberley Rihel of Chicora, and Kathryn (Jason) Gavinski of Chicora; one son: Jeffrey (Rebecca) Fry of Ohio; her four adopted grandchildren: Bryan Fry, Jessamyn (Jared) Palmer, Dustyn (Trista) Rihel Fry, and Skylee Fry; four grandchildren: Alycia McDonald, Marcus Fry, Alex Fry, and River Gavinski; and six great grandchildren.  Bonnie is also survived by two sisters: Sandy Hillwig and Dane of Chicora and Alice Bobbio of Florida; and one brother, David (Sharon) Moore, of Chicora; and many nieces and nephews. 

Bonnie was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.

Family and friends will be received for Visitation from 2-4 and 6-8 Tuesday December 20, 2022  at the William F Young Funeral Home, 132 Main Street West Sunbury.  Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday December 21, 2022 at the funeral home with Pastor Boyd Smith officiating. 

Burial in Zion Church Cemetery.
