Charles Zane Kerr

Our Dad, Charles Zane Kerr, born December 28, 1928, would like everyone to know that his work here on Earth is done.  He received a call from his Lord and Savior on Saturday morning, May 18th, 2019 to come home.

Although he will be greatly missed by his huge family, we know that his new journey has taken him to a wonderful place where there is no such thing as in his words “getting old is terrible”.  Our loss is his reunion with many loved ones.

Charles is survived by five daughters; Nancy(Christopher)Layman of Harrisville, Penny Flaherty of Fredericksburg, VA, Cathlene Beatty of Vandergrift, Donna(Michael)Weeklund of Harrisville and Tracey(Scott)Schultz of Harrisville. One sister, Delores Smith of California and one brother, Ronald(Ruth)Kerr of Mercer also survive.

Charles was preceded in death by three wives, two brothers and two sisters.

Charles left a wonderful legacy and sweet memories for his numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

There will be a Celebration of Charles’s Life later this summer.
