Cynthia Lou (Bussard) Seybert

Cynthia Lou Seybert, age 72, of Hilliards passed away peacefully June 13, 2026 at her home.

She was born on July 30, 1953 as the daughter of William L. & Ruth M. (Kelly) Bussard.

Cynthia was a graduate of Karns City High School class of 1971. She retired from working at the underground mine in Boyers after several decades. She will be remembered as a genuine horse enthusiast.

She is survived by her sister Deborah and her husband, Dr. Thomas Painter, of Pittsburgh; one niece, Elizabeth Painter, and one nephew Timothy G. Slagle.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Slagle and an infant brother.

A gathering in Cynthia’s memory will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 pm Wednesday June 17, 2026 at the William F. Young Funeral Home 132 Main Street West Sunbury.
