Donald Snow Obituary
Donald E. Snow, Sr., age 73, of West Sunbury passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018.
Don was born November 11, 1944 in Butler, PA the son of the late Edna I. Ralston. Don was raised in the West Sunbury area by his aunt and uncle, Ethel and Don McCandless, on their farm. He was a welder at Pullman Standard until its closing. Don enjoyed “tinkering” around, whether it was in the garden or in the garage, he always seemed to be busy doing something.
Don is survived by his wife, Karen Boosel Snow, whom he married June 15, 1968; three sons, Donald E.(Carmen)Snow, Jr. and Chad A. Snow, both of Slippery Rock and Ryan R. Snow of West Sunbury; one granddaughter, Angela Botti of Prospect and two grandsons, Blake Whittenberger of Prospect and Easton M. Snow of Slippery Rock. Also surviving are one sister, Darlene Eubank and her three sons, of Canton, OH; one brother, Robert(Janet) McCandless, of Boyers, and their daughter, Stacy McCandless, of Boyers.
Private services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial donations may be made to St. John’s Methodist Church, 244 Hallston Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057.
