Donald E. Wagoner

Donald E. “Don” Wagoner, age 71, of Butler (Unionville) passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023 at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Don was born July 3, 1951 in Butler as the son of the late Robert H. Wagoner and the late Irene F. Grossman Wagoner.  Don had been employed at Mineral Technologies.  He was a member of the Unionville Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Don was also a member of the Unionville Volunteer Fire Department for over forty years and the Boy Scouts of America.  Don loved everything outdoors, including hunting, fishing, bonfires with his family and making mountain pies.

Don is survived by his wife of thirty nine years, Belinda McAnallen Wagoner, and his son, Robert (Erica) Wagoner and their children, Camren, Payten and Pyper.  Also surviving are his sister, Mrs. Peter (Diana) Dickey and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main Street, West Sunbury from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Tuesday, March 28, 2023.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at the Unionville Evangelical Presbyterian Church 1114 Sunset Drive, Butler with his pastor, Rev. Matt Kail, officiating.

Burial will be private.
