Doris "Dee" K. McCall-Kamerer

Doris K. “Dee” McCall – Kamerer, age 67, of Chicora passed away the evening of Sunday December 22, 2024 at her home after a battle with cancer.

Dee was born on December 6, 1957 in Grove City as the daughter of the late Robert and Sis (Hoover) McCall.

Dee was a bartender various places and worked alongside her husband at his floor cleaning business. She had a green thumb and enjoyed plants and gardening. She loved to be outside and loved her cats.

She is survived by her husband, Howard L. Kamerer, whom she married on June 9, 2001; two sisters: Nancy (Robert) Cupec of Slippery Rock and Esther Russell of Franklin; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard.

A Memorial visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 Saturday December 28, 2024 at the William F Young Funeral Home 132 Main Street West Sunbury. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm.

Cremation Services were entrusted to the William F Young Funeral Home.
