Eric R. Hiwiller

Eric R. Hiwiller, age 45, of North Washington passed away unexpectedly Friday, August 4, 2017 at home.

Eric was born November 7, 1971 in Butler, PA.  He was the son of Richard A. Hiwiller and Shirley Truesdale Hiwiller.  Eric had been employed at Iron Mountain and had coached football at Moniteau High School and for the Butler Bears semi-pro team.  He loved hunting, fishing, football and NASCAR.

Eric is survived by one daughter, Erika Danielle Hiwiller, of West Sunbury; his parents, Dick and Shirley Hiwiller, of North Washington; his sister, Melanie(Patrick)Hilliard of North Washington; his brother, Doug(Lisa)Hiwiller of OH; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Winifred Truesdale of Ridgeville, three nieces, two nephews and his beloved dog, Lacey.  Several aunts, uncles, cousins and his former wife, Jaime, and her two daughters, Kyrstin and Kyleigh Hinchberger,  also survive.

The family will receive friends at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main Street West Sunbury from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Tuesday, August 8, 2017.  Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 9, 2017 with Pastor Jim Ammerman of Community Alliance Church officiating.

Burial will be private.
