Evelyn M. (Peterson) Shellgren

Evelyn M. Shellgren, 93, of Cabot, formerly of Slippery Rock passed away Sunday December 5, 2021.

Evelyn was born on July 7, 1928 in McKeesport as the daughter of the late Arthur W. Peterson and late Elsie H. (Johnson) Peterson. She was a member of Center United Presbyterian Church in Slippery Rock.

Evelyn is survived by three daughters: Christine Sober of Anderson, SC; Susan (Andrew) Clarke of Butler; and Terry Young of Cranberry township; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.  She is also survived by one sister, Nancy Ball of North Huntingdon. 

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Murray Shellgren; and her brother, Robert. 

Services and Burial were Private.
