Frank R. Beachem, age 81, of Clay Township passed away Saturday October 18, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Frank was born on October 8, 1944 at home in Clay township as the son of the late Dwight L. and Nora M. (Crouch) Beachem.
Frank was employed by McCandless Ford in Mercer and later as a self-employed Auto Mechanic for many years. He was a Christian and was associated with the Muddycreek EP Church. He liked to hunt in his earlier years and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson. He was a member of the West Sunbury American Legion Post 243 and the Grove City Masonic Lodge 603. Most of all, he loved to spend time with his family and his friends.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Dana Lynn Kildoo, and her husband Kent, of Grove City; five sisters: Shirley (Russ) Shay of Butler, Deborah Lewis of Butler, twins: Diane Carothers of Butler and Darlene Covert of Slippery Rock, and Joyce Beachem of New Castle; three brothers: Ronald “Derb” (Brenda) Beachem of West Sunbury, David (Luanne) Beachem of Butler, and Daniel (Kim) Beachem of Butler; sister in law, Nora Beachem, of Branchton; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Mershimer Beachem; his son, Douglas; and two brothers: Jim and Bob.
Frank’s family would like to extend a special thanks to MediHome Hospice for their dedicated care and also send a thank you to his loving family and friends who came to help Frank and spend cherished time with him during his illness.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Saturday October 25, 2025 at Muddy Creek EP Church 341 Muddy Creek Drive.

The Young Family of the William F. Young Funeral Home in West Sunbury have assisted the family in honoring Frank’s final wishes.
