Karl H. Litzenberg

Karl H. Litzenberg, age 90, of Butler formerly of Greece City passed away peacefully Thursday May 28, 2026 at Concordia of Cabot. He was born on May 29, 1935 in Butler County as the son of the late Herbert S. and Myrtle J. (Miller) Litzenberg.

Karl was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and was a member of Christ Community Methodist Church in Butler. He retired after his career with ARMCO Steel.

Karl is survived by his niece Diana Campbell and his nephew David Campbell; both of Butler. He was preceded in death by his infant son, one brother Donald Litzenberg and one sister Rita Campbell.

Family and Friends will be received from 11:30 to 1:30 Tuesday June 2, 2026 at the William F Young Funeral Home 132 Main Street West Sunbury. Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Dawn Lynn Check of Christ Community Church officiating.

Burial will be held at Concord Cemetery.
