Nancy L. "Susie" (Snyder) Campbell

Nancy L. “Susie” Campbell, age 81, of Chicora passed away at 3:25 A.M. Friday, January 5, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.
Susie was born May 19, 1936 in Butler.  She was the daughter of the late George L. Snyder and the ate Clare Mangel Snyder.  Susie was a member of the Concord Presbyterian Church where she faithfully served as Elder and Deacon.  She retired from the Food Service Department at the Butler Area School District.  Susie liked to travel and read and hated housework.
Susie is survived by her two sons, the Rev. Carl(Jill) Campbell of Pine Grove Mills, PA and Alan Campbell, and his fiancé, Cheryl Harvey, of Chicora; three grandchildren, John, Caleb and Eli Campbell and three step grandchildren, Connor, Shane and Dillon Harvey.  Also surviving are two sisters, Patricia(Paul)Cousins of Butler and Linda Morrow of WV; two brothers, George “Pete” Snyder and Vance “Tim” Snyder, both of West Sunbury and several nieces and nephews.
Susie is preceded in death by her husband, Dean Campbell, who passed away, January 22, 2010, two brothers, and one sister.
The family will receive friends at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main Street, West Sunbury from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Monday, January 8, 2018.  Funeral services will be held at the Concord Presbyterian Church at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 9, 2018 with the Rev. Bob Edmundson, her pastor, officiating.
Burial in the Concord Cemetery will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Concord Presbyterian Church, 625 Hooker Road, West Sunbury PA 16061.
