Pamela J. (Kriner) Chaff

Pamela J. Chaff, age 74, of West Sunbury passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Pamela was born March 9, 1943 in Butler, PA.  She was the daughter of the late Charles Kriner and the late Phyllis Tucker Kriner.  She was a graduate of the Allegheny General Hospital School of Nursing.  Pamela was an operating room nurse at Butler Memorial Hospital and at the Butler VAMC hospital.  She was a member of Hill United Presbyterian Church.

Pamela is survived by her husband, Andrew M. Chaff, Jr., whom she married May 21, 1966; one daughter, Melissa Jo Iser of Brookville, OH; two sons, Stephen Chaff of Brackenridge and Kevin R.(Mary)Chaff of Alexander, NY and two grandchildren, Quinn Woehl and Andrew Ross Chaff. Her sister, Sandra Clarke, of TX and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Pamela was preceded in death by two brothers.

The family will receive friends at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main Street, West Sunbury from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Thursday, February 8, 2018 and from 10 to 11 Friday, February 9, 2018.  Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. James Steiner officiating assisted by Rev. William Jackson, of Hill United Presbyterian Church.

Burial will be in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.

A luncheon and time of fellowship will follow the services and burial at the Hill United Presbyterian Church, 501 Second Street, Butler PA 16001.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donation be made to the Deacons Fund at the Hill Untied Presbyterian Church, 501 Second Street, Butler, PA 16001.
