Paula Leone Obituary
Paula J. Leone, 83, of Boyers passed away on Saturday June 19, 2021 in the comfort of her home and family.
Paula was born on October 30, 1937 in Butler as the daughter of the late Paul W. and the late Elsie M. Taylor Miller.
Paula worked various jobs in her younger years, but spent most of her life as a devoted housewife. Although she spent many of her later years with a physical disability, Paula lived a life full of love, and provided many joyous holidays, family gatherings, and home-cooked meals to her family.
Paula is survived by her Husband, Edward Leone, of Boyers, whom she married on June 5, 1959. Eddie was her loving husband and spent many years as her caretaker, which enabled Paula to live a full and meaningful life at home. Together, they enjoyed traveling, watching the wildlife at home, and spending time with their family and friends.
Also surviving are three sons: Tom Leone, Joe (Chris) Leone, and Dan (Sue) Leone; four grandchildren: Nicolas, Erica, Haley, and Justin; two step-grandchildren: Lauren and Carlie; her brother P. Edward (Ethel) Miller of Connecticut and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her special cousin and friend, Judy Miller.
Paula was preceded in death by her sister Marilyn and her brother Robert.
Family and friends will be received from 11:00 am-2:00 pm Wednesday June 23, 2021 at the William F. Young Funeral Home 132 Main Street West Sunbury. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm with Pastor Dan Miller officiating.
Burial will be in Eau Claire Cemetery.
