Peggy S. Sheftick, age 64, of Butler, formerly of Evans City and Cranberry Township passed away the evening of May 1, 2024 at her home after a battle with cancer.
Born on October 6, 1959, in Pittsburgh, Peggy was the daughter of the late Stanley Sheftick Jr. and late Patricia Ann (Richard) Weinzetl.
Peggy was a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoyed the company of her family, and loved her dog, Buster.
Peggy is survived by her significant other of 30 years, Larry Evans, of Butler; one daughter: Jody Sheftick, of Ellwood City; two sons: Jason Davis of Butler and Larry Evans (Brittney Stevenson) of Petrolia; and three grandchildren: Donnie Taylor Jr, Anthony Taylor, and Serenity Evans. She is also survived by two sisters: Connie Gordon and Audrey (Bud) Barron, both of Florida; one brother: Stanley (Linda) M. Sheftick of Allison Park; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie Hajji; uncle, Michael Sheftick; cousin, Danny Cupka, and nephew, Shane Whipkey.
Services and Interment were held privately.
