Regina “Jean” Ann Gartner, 74, of West Sunbury passed away Wednesday March 10, 2021 at 11:45 am at her home.
Jean was born on October 20, 1946 in Pittsburgh as the daughter of the late Albert and late Stephana (Milbert) McLaughlin.
Jean is survived by two daughters: Jean Gartner and Beth Gartner, both of Evans City; one brother, David McLaughlin, of Cabot; and her best friend and neighbor, Deb Anthony.
Jean was preceded in death by her first husband Harry Gartner and her second husband Roy O. Hall.
Services and burial were private.
