Stella Rose (Krajewski) Lominski

Stella Rose Lominski, age 93, of Petrolia passed away at 12:45 A.M. Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Orchard Manor in Grove City.

Stella was born August 29, 1924 in Ferris, Venango Township, Butler County.  She was the daughter of the late Joseph Krajewski and the late Anna Kloda Krajewski.  Stella was a member of St. Alphonsus Parish.  She held many jobs including the maintenance department at Karns City High School, manpower at the YMCA and for Fairview Township.  Stella was a member of the North Washington VFD Ladies Auxillary for over 56 years.

Stella is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Patricia(Darold)Pitzer of Channahon, IL and Mrs. Joanna(Frank)Kupniewski of Erie, PA; two sons, John J.(Donna) Lominski of Hilliards and Frank A. Lominski of Boyers; nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.  Also surviving are one sister, Mrs. Mary Luchkiw of Petrolia and one brother, Teddie Krajewski of Parker.

Stella was preceded in death by her husband, Frank A. Lominski, who died January 23, 1981, two brothers and one sister.

Friends will be received at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main Street, West Sunbury, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Thursday, November 2, 2017. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St Louis Catholic Church at 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 3, 2017 with Father James Bedillion, of St. Alphonsus Parish, officiating.

Burial will be in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
