Suzanne E. (Zanella) Reese Grenet

Suzanne E. (Zanella) Reese Grenet, age 85, previously of Mars, passed away the evening of Thursday June 20, 2024 of natural causes while under the care of Parker Personal Care.

Born on September 3, 1938 in Hooker, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Zanella and late Mary Elizabeth (Campbell) Zanella. 

She was a member of the West Sunbury United Presbyterian Church. She retired from Sunnyview County Home as a Nurse’s Aid. 

Suzanne is survived by her two sons: Frank R. (Suzanne) Reese of Hilliards and Jeffrey L. Reese of West Sunbury; three grandchildren: Megan Lutes, Mindy Metheny, and Michael (Kayla) Reese; and five great grandchildren: Dalton, Lizzy, Bella, Sophia, and Aliegha.  She is also survived by one sister: Louise (David) Rankin of Hooker; and two brothers: Jim Zanella of Butler and John (Anita) Zanella of West Sunbury; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husbands: Ron Reese and Gordon Grenet; and one brother, Bob Zanella.

Suzanne’s family wishes to send thanks to Parker Personal Care and Asera Care for their compassionate care of Suzanne in her final days.

Family and Friends will be received for Visitation from 2:00-4:00 pm Sunday June 23, 2024 at the William F. Young Funeral Home 132 Main Street West Sunbury.  Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm at the funeral home with the Reverend Mark S. Davis HR, of the West Sunbury United Presbyterian Church, officiating. 

Inurnment in Concord Cemetery will be held privately.
